Is YouTube 4K really 4K?

With the rise of 4K TVs and displays, more and more viewers are looking to access 4K video content. One of the most popular places to find 4K videos is on YouTube. However, there has been some debate around whether the 4K videos on YouTube deliver a true 4K quality viewing experience. YouTube’s 4K specifications
