This recipe yields four servings, perfect for a small gathering or a family dinner.

To prepare your BBQ feast, begin by setting your grill to medium heat, between 350 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, cut four pieces of aluminum foil into 12-inch wide strips, which you’ll use to wrap your potato-filled packets. In a large Ziploc bag, combine the sliced potatoes and onions, then pour in the melted butter. Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper over the mixture before sealing the bag and shaking it to ensure all the potato pieces are evenly coated.
